AvM will use CEP 2.2c

The full hak can be found Here, at the NWvault. It is CEP 2.2c.
Elara is working to update AvM to CEP 2.2c. So far minimal or no errors have been found.
(Previously - 2008)
Currently 2.1 won't fully work without the 1.69 patch which isn't done yet. However, all that we lose is some minor functionality. I'd much rather go with 2.1 and not have to rebuild things than go with straight 2.0 and get lost.
